Abu Garcia

Abu Garcia – Swedish Fishing Heritage & Modern Pike Tackle

Abu Garcia's story began in Svängsta, Sweden, where precision engineering eventually evolved into one of fishing's most recognizable tackle brands. From the legendary Ambassadeur baitcasting reels to today's specialized predator fishing equipment, Abu Garcia has built a reputation among generations of anglers.

For Northern Pike enthusiasts, Abu Garcia's Beast lineup represents the brand's modern approach to European predator fishing. Designed with powerful freshwater predators in mind, the range includes oversized hard baits, soft plastics, and specialized tackle for targeting trophy Pike.

At Pike Pro Shop, our Abu Garcia selection includes distinctive European predator lures such as the Beast Rattlin Atom, a modern interpretation of a classic Scandinavian spoon design. Its broad profile, rolling action, and built-in rattle give anglers a different presentation for attracting aggressive Northern Pike.

Abu Garcia also has a long history of producing the equipment needed to fish larger predator lures, including powerful casting reels and rods designed for demanding applications.
